Where each one is the right answer
- Vanta — a US-headquartered SaaS company whose compliance obligations begin and end with what enterprise buyers ask for.
- Drata — the same, with an audit firm already in the loop that wants its own portal.
- KashiGRC — an entity with an Indian regulator as well as an enterprise buyer, or an audit practice managing many clients at once.
We were maintaining the RBI control set in a spreadsheet alongside the platform. That is not a tooling gap, it is two systems pretending to be one.
Both let you define a custom framework and map controls to it by hand. Neither ships the control sets, the evidence expectations or the reporting formats, so the mapping work and its maintenance stay with you.
List prices are published for the US products and are shown in the table with their sources. All three negotiate, and none of the three publishes the number an actual customer pays.
