How Kashi GRC collects and uses personal data on this website.

Scope
This policy covers this website. Data you or your organisation put into the KashiGuard platform is governed by your subscription agreement and data processing terms, not by this page.
What we collect
- Forms you submit — demo, trial, sales, support, partnership and audit-firm requests: your name, work email, organisation, and anything else you choose to tell us (job title, phone, company size, number of vendors, message).
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, confirmed by a link we send you before anything else is sent.
- Where you came from — the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign tags (UTM parameters) for your visit, kept in your browser for the session and sent only with a form you submit.
- Analytics — only if you allow it: pages viewed, scroll depth and page performance, through Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.
- Server logs — IP address, browser and the pages requested, kept for security and to prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting form submissions).
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo, trial or partnership.
- To send the newsletter you confirmed, and product updates if you ticked the box.
- To understand which pages help people, and to keep the site secure.
We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host the site and our systems, send email, and (with your consent) provide analytics. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to hello@kashiguard.com.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cookie choice and your visit’s campaign tags in your browser. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and you can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
